Here at Black Bush Golf Club we want our Junior golfers to have FUN first and foremost. We like to think that we offer an ideal setting for young golfers to experience the game of golf, develop their skills and enjoy some friendly competition both here at our club and perhaps even as part of a team representing Black Bush in inter-club competitions.

Our ambition is to provide a friendly, safe, and supportive platform for the young golfer to grow into the great game of golf, a game which they can enjoy for the rest of their lives. Our youngest golfers can start at Black Bush Golf Club from the age of 10. Through regular play and with some expert advice and coaching from our professional staff we hope to have our Junior golfers secure a handicap as soon as they are ready. Once this is achieved the real progress can begin!

We arrange regular competitions for Juniors over the season as well as "Coaching Camps" over school holidays. Whether a beginner or an elite golfer, our Professional coaches can cater for your specific need. Whether it is your swing or posture or learning course management and mental strategies, our coaches will cater for your specific need with expert advice.

For the more capable young golfer we enter a number of inter-club competitions which give the opportunity to experience inter-club competition and perhaps develop some friendships into the bargain. It also provides the opportunity to play at a variety of other courses.

With 27 holes in play you will almost always get out to play or practice. We would always encourage the young golfer to avail of our excellent practice facilities. Our goal is to ensure that each Junior enjoys themselves, regardless of their age or ability. We want you to have FUN.
